Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene and safety reasons. All sales are final.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at bossesonlybmore12@gmail.com with the following information:

• Your order number.

• Photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s).

• A brief description of the issue.

We will review your claim and, if approved, issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Bosses Only Bmore is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim if this occurs.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, orders are processed and cannot be changed or canceled.
